We try our best to get your products delivered within 7-12 working days. In most cases your items will be shipped within 24 hours. However, due to high demand please allow up to 30 days delivery time.

All our items are listed in your local currency. If for whatever reason your preferred currency isn’t showing, please use the currency switcher dropdown on the shop page or in the footer.

To be eligible for a return please ensure your item is unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

– We have a 30 day returns policy, if your item has exceeded this timeframe unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange

– Personalised / made to order items are non refundable

– We are unable to accept returns on non-faulty items

If applicable, once we receive your item and it’s fully inspected, we will send you an email confirming safe receipt and next steps. If approval is made we will send you a refund in full to the original payment method used.

– it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

Only regular priced items are refundable, unfortunately we are unable to refund sale items.

– Orders can be processed instantly, therefore we can’t accept cancellations after payment has been made.

– If your order has already been made, unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order.

– Refunds will be paid into the same account that you authorised the original payment with.

Yes! You can track your item with parcelsapp.com

All you need to do is enter your tracking code that you received in your confirmation e-mail.
